Will my group definitely sit together?
Yes — everyone in one booking is seated together, and if we can't do it we tell you before you pay. For parties over eight in some grounds that may mean two rows directly in front of each other; we say so on the ticket row.
Is my money protected?
We are a member of the Travel Trust Association (X0558). Money paid to us is held in a trust account until you've travelled, so it's protected if anything happens to us. Flight-inclusive packages are ATOL protected separately.
