Website terms
Website terms of use
These cover using the site itself. What you buy on it is governed by our booking conditions, which are the ones that matter to your trip.

1. Using this site
sportsandevents.net is operated by The Sports & Events Club. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use the site.
You may use the site to look for and book travel and event tickets for yourself and for people you are booking on behalf of. You may not use it to make speculative or fraudulent bookings, to scrape or bulk-extract our listings or prices, to resell tickets bought through us, or to interfere with how the site runs for anyone else.
2. Your account
Keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend an account we believe is being used fraudulently, or to buy tickets for resale.
3. Prices, availability and errors
Ticket and travel inventory changes constantly, and prices come from live supplier feeds. We re-check price and availability before you pay, and we will always show you a change rather than absorb it silently.
Very occasionally a price is obviously wrong — a feed error rather than a bargain. Where an error is genuinely manifest and you could reasonably have recognised it as such, we are not obliged to honour it. We will tell you promptly, offer the correct price, and refund you in full if you would rather not proceed. We will not do this to escape a price we simply regret.
4. Content and intellectual property
The design, text and code of this site belong to us or our licensors. Team names, club crests, competition marks and venue names belong to their respective owners and are used to describe the events we sell. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of any club, league or governing body unless we say so explicitly.
Event images, venue layouts and seating maps are supplied by our ticket suppliers and venues. Seating maps are shown as the venue publishes them and are a guide to where a category sits, not a guarantee of a specific seat.
5. Availability of the site
We work to keep the site available but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw parts of it for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. Where a supplier’s feed is unavailable we will say so rather than show you stale inventory.
6. Links to other sites
Where we link out — to a venue, an airline or the CAA — we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
7. Our liability for the site
These terms concern your use of the website. Nothing in them limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — and nothing in them reduces your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or our responsibilities for your booking, which are set out in our booking conditions.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you use the site. Changes to booking conditions never apply retrospectively to a booking you have already made.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
